- Less than 24h: 50% refund; free rescheduling allowed
- No-show: No refund and no rescheduling
Weather policy
- Unsafe conditions (operator cancels): full refund or free rescheduling
- Coast Guard suspension: full refund or priority rebooking
- Light rain: tours normally proceed; boats have covered areas
- Guest cancels due to weather: standard cancellation applies
