Child policy
- 0–2 years: Free (no dedicated seat/meals unless arranged)
- 3–6 years: 50% off the published rate
- 7–12 years: 20% off the published rate
- Proof of age may be requested. One discount per person, per tour.
Cancellation policy
- 24h or more before: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Less than 24h: 50% refund; free rescheduling allowed
- No-show: No refund and no rescheduling
Weather policy
- Unsafe conditions (operator cancels): full refund or free rescheduling
- Coast Guard suspension: full refund or priority rebooking
- Light rain: tours normally proceed; boats have covered areas
- Guest cancels due to weather: standard cancellation applies
